Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Older Americans Act -FY 2025

SSES is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Older Americans Act for FY2025 – beginning October 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025. Programs will be funded for the following: Title III B, Supportive Services and Medical Access Transportation Program: as well as Title III D, Health Promotion Evidence-Based Services. South Shore Elder Services reserves the option to roll over grants for one additional year. Collaboration with other community agencies is encouraged.
